Job Description: Business Development and Growth Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development & Partnership Management

Collaborate with agents and partners to drive Proof of Funds (POF) opportunities and conversions.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support the brand.

Ensure new contracts and partnership agreements are secured with other travel agencies with the sole aim of selling our POF services.

Identify and liase with individuals that needs our POF and lending services with the sole aim of converting them to paying customers.

  1. Digital Marketing & Online Presence

Work closely with the digital marketing officer to ensure all online platforms are effectively optimized and regularly populated with engaging, high-quality content.

Manage and leverage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat to increase visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

  1. Brand Promotion & Events

Identify relevant industry events and ensure company participation and representation with branded materials, souvenirs, and professional attire.

Generate creative and quality content (photos, videos, stories) from events, team bonding sessions, and gatherings to boost brand presence and company culture visibility.

  1. Email Marketing & Client Engagement

Work closely with the Digital marketing officer to further develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns, providing regular updates, offers, and information to leads and existing customers.

Promote referral programs to encourage existing clients to refer new customers.

  1. Review & Feedback Management

Coordinate and manage customer reviews and feedback across all platforms including offline to ensure consistent brand reputation.

Develop informative management plans and reports based on feedback to guide service improvement and customer satisfaction strategies.

  1. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Monitor and report on marketing and business development activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve overall performance and results.
