We are seeking a
Project and Operations Support
to support the successful execution of the
HR Bootcamp Conference
, one of Nigeria's leading gatherings of HR and business professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end conference planning and logistics.
  • Liaise with vendors, sponsors, speakers, and venue partners.
  • Oversee delegate registration, communications, and on-site operations.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide progress reports and support the project team with day-to-day tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing corporate events or large-scale projects.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Available full-time for one month (contract-based).
