Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Direct Sales Agent based out of our Lagos branch. The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, selling financial products, and offering insurance and financial advisory services. The position allows for some work-from-home flexibility while ensuring regular attendance at the Lagos branch.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales skills with a proven track record in driving business growth
  • Knowledge and experience in Finance and Insurance
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
