The Electrical Panels Workshop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the electrical panel manufacturing workshop, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality production, and full compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:
    Lead and supervise a team of technicians and electricians, ensuring smooth workflow from mechanical assembly to final testing and delivery.
  • Technical Supervision:
    Review electrical drawings and schematics; oversee panel assembly, wiring, troubleshooting, and testing processes.
  • Quality & Safety:
    Enforce company and industry standards; perform quality inspections and testing; ensure adherence to all safety regulations.
  • Inventory & Coordination:
    Manage workshop-level inventory of parts and tools; coordinate with the Design and Procurement teams to ensure material availability and workflow continuity.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical panels, wiring, and electrical schematics.
  • Proven leadership and team supervision experience.
  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
