Operations Assistant

As we continue to expand, we are looking for an Operations Assistant who will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, package designs, accurate order processing, and exceptional client satisfaction.
Role Overview:
The Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting order processing, packaging, logistics coordination, inventory management, and ensuring every package leaves our hands in perfect condition. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized individual who enjoys structure, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that every detail contributes to the experience promises.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process and prepare client orders from start to finish.
- Execute high-quality packaging in line with established standards (training provided).
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all items are correct, pristine, and beautifully presented.
- Maintain packaging consistency and overall presentation.
- Receive, inspect, and organize stock deliveries.
- Track inventory levels and promptly flag low-stock or damaged items.
- Update digital inventory records to ensure accuracy and avoid shortages.
- Work with vendors/suppliers when required.
- Liaise with delivery partners and couriers to ensure timely and safe dispatch of orders.
- Track and update order statuses until delivery is confirmed.
- Handle basic customer follow-ups regarding delivery timelines when required.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while suggesting improvements for efficiency.
- Support the rollout of new processes (e.g., packaging styles, delivery methods, quality checks).
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of orders and dispatches.
- Support the CEO with fulfillment-related tasks, projects, and reporting.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: B.Sc./B.A./B.Ed/HND.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Canva.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Highly trustworthy and discreet with sensitive information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and take initiative.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Must be comfortable working with minimal supervision.
- Must be physically fit to handle packaging and stock movement
- Must live within Lagos mainland and be flexible with work hours during peak gifting seasons.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
