A project management company is looking for diligent personnel to work as a strategic assistant
to coordinate assigned projects and fostering a high-performance culture and efficient
organizational operations by managing company's employees.
Job Summary
- The Strategic Assistant (Project Manager) provides high-level support to the Executive Team by coordinating strategic projects, managing priorities, improving organizational processes, and ensuring smooth execution of business initiatives.
- The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects while supporting executive-level decision-making

- RESPONSIBILITIES

- Strategic Support
- • Assist the Executive Team in planning, coordinating, and executing key strategic initiatives.
- • Conduct research, prepare strategic briefs, and provide insights for decision-making.
- • Track progress on organizational goals, KPIs, and performance targets.
- • Support long-term planning, growth strategies, and organizational development.

- Project Management
- • Lead and coordinate multiple projects across different departments.
- • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- • Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
- • Identify risks, challenges, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
- • Facilitate project review meetings and provide status reports to leadership.

- Executive Support
- • Act as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director on operational and strategic matters.
- • Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and briefing documents.
- • Manage executive calendars, follow-ups, action points, and communication flow.
- • Ensure the executive's priorities are implemented across the organization.

- Communication & Coordination
- • Serve as a liaison between the Executive Team and internal/external stakeholders.
- • Coordinate cross-department collaboration to ensure alignment on projects.
- • Draft memos, communication updates, and official correspondences.
- • Ensure that important information is shared accurately and timely.

- Operations Improvement
- • Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- • Support implementation of new systems, workflows, or technology tools.
- • Track organizational performance metrics and operational effectiveness.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, or related field
- 5 years experience in project management or executive support
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
Job Type: Full-time
