We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily operations, improve workflow efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Monitor and improve internal processes, identifying gaps and recommending solutions.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Prepare operational reports, track performance metrics, and present findings to management.
  • Support implementation of policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Manage documentation, records, and operational databases accurately.
  • Assist in planning and executing company projects and operational initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and quality controls.
  • Handle customer or client enquiries related to operations and escalate issues when needed.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, or resources necessary for operations (if applicable).
  • Identify operational risks and collaborate on risk mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain strong communication with team members and provide administrative support as required.disbursement and sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Experience using CRM systems, ERP tools, or operations software.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or coordination roles.
  • Experience in process improvement, workflow management, or service delivery is preferred.
  • Industry-specific experience (finance, logistics, tech, etc.) is a plus.
