Executive Assistant

As the Executive Assistant to the MD, you will serve as the key liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. Your role is integral to the strategic and operational management of the organization. This includes overseeing the MD's personal brand initiatives, representing the MD at meetings, speaking engagements, and other public forums, and ensuring smooth communication flow throughout the organization.
What is expected:General- Analyze and monitor departmental functions, whilst tracking performance for improved and enhanced impact.
- Oversee the MD's personal brand team, ensuring alignment with the MD's vision and directives.
- Act as a proxy for the MD in decision-making processes and high-level meetings and speaking engagements, ensuring the MD's vision and directives are accurately represented and executed.
- Act as a gatekeeper, managing access to the MD and working with the MD's Personal Assistant (PA) to prioritizing tasks and meetings to optimize the MD's time.
- Exercise sound judgment in decision-making, reflecting the MD's values and the organization's strategic goals.
- Demonstrate autonomy in managing projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the MD.
- Maintain firmness in prioritization, ensuring the MD's agenda and organizational goals are always at the forefront.
- Champion the organization's policies and SOPs, ensuring their consistent application across all departments and projects.
- Implement and oversee efficient internal processes and procedures, ensuring a high level of accuracy and decorum in all operations.
- Establish engagement and execution processes with the MD's personal brand team.
- Create feedback loops within teams and departments to inform status and continuous improvement.
- Oversee and manage legal and process compliance, ensuring the organization adheres to relevant laws and regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and demonstrate adaptability in evolving business environments.
- Clearly align, support and execute the agency strategic plan and goals across all departments and staff
- Effective management of the MD's personal brand initiatives.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Successful implementation of strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Strong leadership and management skills, reflecting in team collaboration and project outcomes.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior management role, with a strong preference for backgrounds in legal or compliance.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Business, Law, Psychology, Communications or a related field.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, operational efficiency, and team management.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills and adaptability to situations.
- Proficiency in using technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
