  • We are looking for sales representatives that will work directly with customers to take their orders, answer their questions and provide additional support to our customers

Responsibilities

  • Answer messages, calls, and DMs politely and promptly
  • Take and confirm customer orders clearly
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate them when necessary
  • Follow up with customers after delivery for feedback
  • Record orders and update order records
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery team for smooth service
  • Maintain a friendly and professional tone

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess a SSCE degree qualification with at least 1 year work experience
  • candidiate must reside in port harcourt
  • proven customer support experience
  • must speak and write crisp and clear english
  • must be able to work on some weekends and holidays
  • work from the office 24 days a month
  • should be willing to work with the company long term

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦65,000.00 per month
