Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Ibadan. The Sales Representative will focus on generating sales, coordinating resident sales agents, building relationships with customers, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include promoting the platform, understanding vendor needs, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the team to implement effective sales strategies. The role also involves creating and maintaining a positive brand image to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Proven ability in sales, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills to address customer needs effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms or digital tools.
- Self-motivation, organizational abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
- Prior sales or retail experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional local languages is a plus.
- Minimum of an OND or equivalent qualification.
