We are seeking a Business Project Lead to drive high-impact initiatives, strengthen execution across our divisions, and ensure seamless delivery across client and internal projects.

Role Overview

The Business Project Lead will serve as the bridge between strategy and delivery — coordinating people, processes, and priorities to ensure projects run efficiently and profitably.

You'll oversee multiple workstreams across Strivo Labs' automation, technology, and growth divisions, while supporting client delivery, internal transformation, and strategic execution.

This role is best suited for a structured and analytical professional with experience in technology, finance, or consulting, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams toward measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Execution

• Translate strategic priorities into clear project plans, milestones, and accountability frameworks.

• Lead delivery for both client and internal projects — from planning to implementation and review.

• Drive alignment between business goals, financial targets, and operational execution.

1. Operations & Project Delivery

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and performance indicators across multiple divisions.

• Ensure deliverables meet Strivo's quality, speed, and client satisfaction standards.

• Build and refine internal systems, SOPs, and reporting structures that enable scale.

1. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery.

• Support proposal writing, project scoping, and business reviews.

• Anticipate project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

1. Business Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and team productivity across active projects.

• Present concise management reports and operational insights to leadership.

• Identify growth or efficiency opportunities across the company's service lines.

1. Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Guide cross-functional project teams and oversee task delegation and progress tracking.

• Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and operational excellence.

• Support new team onboarding and contribute to organisational development.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline (Master's or MBA a plus).

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in technology, finance, consulting, or business transformation.

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple stakeholders.

• Strong familiarity with tools like Airtable, Notion, ClickUp, or is advantageous.
