Role Summary

The Community Marketing Associate will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with community members, partners, and stakeholders, while executing marketing campaigns that drive awareness, participation, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute community outreach and marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage and grow the organizations online and offline communities, ensuring active participation and meaningful interactions.
  • Develop and implement social media content plans, campaigns, and community-focused activities.
  • Organize and support events, workshops, and networking sessions (virtual and in-person).
  • Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, influencers, and partners.
  • Monitor, track, and report on community engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials, newsletters, and community updates.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to expand reach.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years proven experience in community management, marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
