Role Description

We are seeking a
Legal Adviser / Digital Analyst / Researcher
who combines a strong legal background with expertise in digital transformation strategy. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking legal professional who can navigate both the regulatory landscape and emerging technological trends to support our organization's growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advisory services on corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters.
  • Draft, review, and interpret contracts, policies, and compliance documents.
  • Conduct research on technology regulations, data protection laws, and digital transformation best practices.
  • Analyze organizational processes and recommend digital solutions for efficiency and compliance.
  • Support management in the development of digital strategies that align with legal and business goals.
  • Liaise with regulatory agencies and external partners on compliance and legal issues.
  • Prepare research reports and legal briefs for executive decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum Education:
    Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from an accredited institution.
  • Professional Requirement:
    Must have completed
    NYSC
    and be
    called to the Nigerian Bar (BL)
    .
  • Minimum of
    3 years post-NYSC professional experience
    in legal advisory, digital research, or transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, technology law, and data protection.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Applicants should be at least in their early thirties and have completed NYSC.
  • Proficiency in relevant reseach tools
