About the Role

We are looking for a highly structured, analytical, and execution-driven professional to work directly with the CEO across our multiple businesses.

This role turns strategy into action, ensures alignment and accountability, and acts as the CEO's eyes, ears, and filter across the organisation.

What You Will Do

Execution & Alignment

  • Translate CEO goals into actionable plans for each business/unit.
  • Track progress, highlight risks, and ensure follow-through.
  • Meet regularly with business heads to understand on-ground realities and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Provide the CEO with crisp updates on priorities, gaps, and decisions needed.

Financial & Analytical Support

  • Review P&L, cash flow, and management reports ahead of the CEO.
  • Identify trends, red flags, questions, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support simple business cases, costing, and ROI analyses.

Systems, Processes & Automation

  • Work with departments and ERP implementers to improve processes and workflows.
  • Push practical automation and AI adoption to increase efficiency and visibility.
  • Ensure teams follow structured processes and use tools effectively.

Communication & Problem Solving

  • Capture decisions and ensure clarity on "what's next."
  • Maintain a simple dashboard of projects, owners, and timelines.
  • Identify misalignment early and propose solutions.
  • Provide continuity when the CEO is travelling or unavailable.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–4 years' experience
    in strategy, operations, consulting, business analysis, PMO, COO support, or similar roles.
  • Experience working with senior leadership or multi-business environments is a strong advantage.
  • Strong financial understanding (P&L, cash flow, management accounts).
  • Experience with process mapping, reporting, systems/ERP, automation, or workflow optimization.
  • High analytical capability and excellent structuring/documentation skills.
  • Emotionally intelligent, organized, dependable, and comfortable challenging senior people respectfully.
  • Tech- and AI-curious; hands-on with tools.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
  • MBA or certifications (PMP, Prince2, Scrum, CFA Level 1, analytics) are added advantages.
