We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mobile Property Photographer to capture high-quality visual assets and verify property details for our innovative real estate technology platform.

This is a highly mobile, field-based role that requires extensive daily driving across our key areas of operation. If you are a confident driver with an eye for photography, this is your chance to play a critical role in how we present properties online.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Property Photography:
     Visit assigned property locations using a vehicle to capture professional-quality photos of interiors (rooms, amenities) and exteriors.
  • Quality & Standards:
     Ensure all images meet high aesthetic standards for clarity, composition, lighting, and detail as established by the platform.
  • Data Verification:
     Verify property details on-site against provided specifications to ensure accurate reporting alongside the visual assets.
  • Digital Reporting:
     Accurately upload and categorize photos and corresponding verification reports to our digital platform promptly.
  • Vehicle & Equipment Care:
     Maintain and care for the assigned vehicle and all company equipment (camera/smartphone), reporting maintenance issues immediately.
  • Logistics:
     Manage daily travel schedules and navigate the designated areas efficiently to meet deadlines.

What You Will Bring (Requirements & Skills)

  • Mandatory Transport Skills:
     
    MUST have a valid Nigerian Driver's License and be a proficient, confident driver.
  • Photography Eye:
     Detail-oriented with a keen eye for high-quality, professional-grade visual composition.
  • Physical Fitness:
     Physically fit and comfortable with extensive daily driving and navigating properties.
  • Reliability:
     Punctual, able to manage time effectively, and capable of working independently to meet strict deadlines.
  • Local Knowledge:
     Excellent familiarity with the geography and road networks of Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki, and surrounding areas is a significant advantage.
  • Communication:
     Good communication skills for internal coordination and professional interaction in the field.
