Our client, a reputable firm supporting global businesses across diverse industries, is expanding its Finance and Accounting team. They are hiring professionals to support functions such as bookkeeping, tax planning, financial reporting, and compliance.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance Manager / Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, and handle month-end closings.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to inform management decisions.
  • Prepare and file tax returns and assist in tax planning and compliance activities.
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to optimize financial workflows and processes.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and statutory requirements.

Requirements

  • Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping (depending on the role).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Certifications:
CPA, ACCA, ICAN, or equivalent (added advantage).
