The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, providing financial advice, maintaining excellent customer service, and driving deposit sales. other roles include the following:Identify and develop new sales opportunitiesGenerate leads and qualify prospectsBuild relationships with customers and prospectsPresent and sell financial products and servicesNegotiate contracts and close dealsProvide excellent customer serviceTrack and report on sales performanceQualificationsStrong skills in Business Relationship Management and FinanceExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsProficiency in Sales and ability to identify sales opportunitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environmentRelevant experience in a microfinance bank is a plusBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.Kindly forward your CV to .COM.
