Job Overview

The
Customer Relationship Officer

will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring prompt communication, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role also involves supporting administrative operations and promoting the company's real estate and construction services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to clients and visitors courteously and professionally.
  • Manage customer inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities for company services.
  • Assist with documentation and general administrative duties.
  • Represent the company in a professional and polished manner at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum of
    OND or equivalent qualification
