Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Relationship Officer, located in Lagos. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, providing financial advice, maintaining excellent customer service, and driving deposit sales. other roles include the following:

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities
  • Generate leads and qualify prospects
  • Build relationships with customers and prospects
  • Present and sell financial products and services
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Track and report on sales performance

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Finance
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Sales and ability to identify sales opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Relevant experience in a microfinance bank is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
