Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing students. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to provide clear, timely support across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries from leads and students via WhatsApp and phone calls
  • Provide accurate information about our training programs, schedules, pricing, and enrollment process
  • Follow up with prospective students and convert qualified leads into paying customers
  • Support enrolled students by addressing concerns, complaints, and general inquiries
  • Monitor learning platforms and escalate technical or academic issues when necessary
  • Maintain proper records of interactions and updates.
  • Work closely with the marketing, training, and operations teams to ensure smooth communication

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or client relations (preferably in tech or education)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask and manage conversations across multiple platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
