Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate at MarketForces Africa. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales. The candidate will engage with potential clients to understand their needs, develop and implement sales strategies, and exceed sales targets. In addition, the Commission Sales Associate will maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Strong understanding of market trends, economic indicators, and financial products
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred
