Role Description

This is a full-time, role for a Product Listing Specialist. The Product Listing Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining product listings, optimizing product descriptions for search engines, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, and collaborating with the field and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process raw product data from field agents
  • Standardize and clean product photos and videos
  • Create accurate product titles & descriptions
  • Upload listings into Arya Marketplace platform
  • Ensure data consistency and quality control

Qualifications

  • Ability to use online tools (Excel etc)
  • Photo and video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong typing and data entry skills
  • OND/NCE minimum, B.Sc. an advantage
  • Experience in e-commerce or data entry preferred
  • Flexible (remote or onsite).
