JobDescriptionTheFinance, Operations and Admin Manager – SWIFT (Abuja) will be responsible forensuring accurate financial reporting of SWIFT Project financial records implementationacross the implementation states, to enhance consolidated reporting to donorand SFH executive management. He / She is responsible for managingoperations, and all administrative responsibilities on the SWIFT Project at allthe States. Areas of accountability: ·       Financial Management ·       Budget and Budgetary Control ·       Operations and Administrative Management   ·       Personnel Management ·       External Relationship​ RequirementsRequirementsEducation:·       B.sc Accounting or any other related field ·       ACA is a must for this position ·       Masters is a must for this position Experience: ·       A minimum of Seven (7) years' experience withprogressively increasing responsibility of financial management andimplementing, managing, and partnering with programmes staff involving multiplepartners and other stakeholders ·       Demonstrated ability of previous experience leading atechnical activity through evidence and data driven decision making. ·       Demonstrated ability through previous experience toestablish and maintain productive working relationships with a wide network ofpartners and stakeholders. Technical Job Specific Skills: ·       Computer Literate ·       Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools ·       Good knowledge of International Financial ReportingStandard (IFRS) ·       Good knowledge of Regulatory remittances BehaviouralAttributes   ·       Integrity ·       Good Oral Communication ·       Good Interpersonal and leadership Skill ·       Ability to work under pressure ·       Result Oriented ·       Creativity/Innovation. ·       Continuous learning
