Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and leading sales teams, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks also include monitoring and analyzing sales data, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with other departments to ensure sales goals are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Expertise in sales strategy, forecasting, and planning
  • Proficiency in using Google software and other sales tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in evaluating sales data
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
