Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Travel Customer Support Representative located in Abeokuta. The representative will handle customer inquiries, provide top-notch service, and resolve travel-related concerns efficiently. Responsibilities include ensuring high customer satisfaction, addressing troubleshooting requests, and maintaining clear and professional communication with clients. Additionally, the role involves assisting customers in navigating booking processes and providing real-time support during travels.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
- Good knowledge of the Travel Industry
- Good knowledge about Study abroad, visa application and flight booking.
- Excellent Communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Proficiency in resolving issues through Troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or related fields is a bonus
