Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven FTTH Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in selling Fibre to the Home (FTTH) services and a passion for exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and Develop Opportunities: Proactively seek out and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to support company growth objectives.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Broadbased's FTTH products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Solution Selling: Conduct tailored product presentations and demonstrations that address the specific needs and challenges of potential clients.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations, address objections, and secure new deals while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in selling Fibre to the Home (FTTH) services is mandatory.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
