  • The Procurement Officer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services required for company projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience in project-based procurement within a multinational environment and demonstrate strong vendor management, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for project materials and services.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions in line with company policies.
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other departments to forecast procurement needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research to identify pricing trends and new suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  • Support in developing procurement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of proven experience in project procurement, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of procurement best practices and contract management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and procurement software/tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
