Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the energy sector (renewables, power systems, industrial energy solutions, etc.).
  • Understand client energy needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions such as solar systems, inverters, batteries, power backup systems, or energy-efficiency products.
  • Conduct site assessments, load evaluations, and feasibility analysis for client projects.
  • Deliver professional product demos, technical presentations, and solution proposals.
  • Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to customize solutions and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare quotations, bids, and technical/commercial proposals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and new energy technologies to support strategic decision-making.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.


Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience in
    technical sales within the energy or power solutions industry
    .
  • Strong understanding of solar energy systems, inverters, batteries, power backup solutions, or related energy technologies.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications, load calculations, and energy consumption data.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple and convincing terms.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Physics, or a related field is an added advantage.
