We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operations Support Staff

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Position Overview

  • The selected candidate will support the Operations Manager in executing Bigkoko's business blueprints for the Nigerian market, focusing on customer acquisition and engagement, field coordination, and partner on-boarding during the product launch phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of the Bigkoko Gift Card and e-Ride launch activities in Port Harcourt.
  • Serve as a liaison between vendors, riders, and customers for smooth daily operations.
  • Handle cashless transaction reconciliations, vendor on-boarding, and basic administrative duties including customer support.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards and ensure brand consistency across partner locations.
  • Support field marketing campaigns and collect real-time feedback from users and merchants.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports for the Operations Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Candidates should possess an OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in Administration, Social Sciences, Marketing, Management or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a cashier, receptionist, marketer, and customer service representative.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Workspace, mobile apps, virtual meetings/presentation).
  • Familiarity with digital payments or mobility services is an added advantage.
  • Candidates residing near Aba Road / Artillery Junction/Obigbo/Igbo-Etche Environs will be given preference.)
