Job Summary

Zagus Power Systems Limited, a leading provider of advanced UPS Systems, Automatic Voltage Regulators (AVR), Lithium Batteries, and Energy Storage Solutions (ESS) is seeking dynamic and result-driven Revenue Growth Executives to join our expanding team.

This role is ideal for self-motivated professionals who are passionate about sales, business development, and channel creation in the power and energy sector.

Job Description

  • Drive revenue growth through direct sales and channel development.
  • Identify and onboard new dealers, resellers, and corporate clients.
  • Market and promote Zagus Power products to businesses, distributors, and end-users.
  • Develop strategies to increase product awareness and market share.
  • Manage relationships with clients and ensure excellent after-sales service.
  • Plan and initiate promotional campaigns and lead generation.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2–5 years' experience in sales or business development (preferably in Power, Energy, or Electrical industry).
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to identify and develop distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • HND/B.Eng/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Power Systems Engineering, marketing, MBA or related discipline
