Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for an Admin and Compliance Manager. The role involves overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include managing office procedures, ensuring regulatory filings are up-to-date, supervising team members for compliance adherence, coordinating with external auditors and regulatory bodies, and improving processes to meet operational efficiency and legal standards. The Admin and Compliance Manager will play a key role in creating a compliant, efficient, and forward-thinking work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of administrative operations, including process management, organizational skills, and effective office procedures
  • Experience in compliance management, regulatory filings, and coordinating with external auditors or regulatory authorities
  • Proficiency in research and ability to stay updated with changes in regulatory and industry standards
  • Skills in communication, leadership, and team-oriented problem solving
  • Proven ability to work on-site as part of a team and take ownership of end-to-end operational and compliance tasks
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • Familiarity with RPA tools and process automation is a strong advantage
  • Previous experience working in dynamic or challenging operational environments preferred
  • Adaptability and analytical thinking to address complex operational or compliance challenges effectively
