We are seeking a proactive and organized Rider Management professional to oversee our delivery rider operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, managing, and optimizing the performance of a team of delivery riders. This role is essential to ensuring timely deliveries, high rider satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and hire qualified delivery riders.
  • Conduct orientation and training sessions.
  • Ensure all riders meet compliance requirements (licenses, background checks, etc.).
  • Monitor rider productivity, delivery times, and customer feedback.
  • Analyze performance data and implement improvement plans.
  • Address rider concerns and provide regular feedback.
  • Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to resolve issues in real-time.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure all riders follow company policies.
  • Maintain records of incidents, attendance, and vehicle maintenance (if applicable).
  • Resolve grievances and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in rider, fleet, or delivery team management.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or operations management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
