Role: Head of Sales (Real Estate)

We are seeking a high-performing Head of Sales with a proven ability to drive results and grow market share. This role is perfect for a strategic leader who thrives on market engagement, building relationships directly with clients, and converting opportunities into measurable revenue.

As the Head of Sales, you will lead a dynamic team, develop effective sales strategies, and ensure our properties reach the right clients across key markets. Your success will be measured by real outcomes and tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth.

  • Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on market engagement and client acquisition.

  • Expand the company's presence in key target areas through direct client interactions.

  • Oversee site visits, negotiations, and deal closures with high-value clients.

  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales performance.

  • Drive team accountability and performance tracking to meet ambitious targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

  • 7+ years of real estate sales experience, with at least 3 years in leadership.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in competitive markets.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Highly results-oriented, strategic, and hands-on in market execution.
