Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and input data from various internal and external sources into reporting templates or databases.
  • Verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all entered data.
  • Generate, format, and update periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management use.
  • Maintain data records and ensure confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with team to obtain required inputs for consolidated reports.
  • Identify data discrepancies and liaise with relevant teams for correction.
  • Support process improvement initiatives related to data management and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • OND/Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, data management tools).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Reports To:

Reporting/Finance/Administrative Manager (depending on structure).
