Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Operations Manager located in Lekki. The Hotel Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure the highest standard of service and functionality. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing and monitoring operational procedures, coordinating with different departments, and addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Operations Management and the ability to streamline hotel processes for maximum efficiency
  • Proven expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to foster guest loyalty and exceptional experiences
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with guests, staff, and other stakeholders
  • Experience in Training and coaching staff to ensure top performance and adherence to hotel standards
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities for quick decision-making
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and software is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in hotel operations or management is strongly preferred
