Assistingtalent management functions including recruiting tasks (sourcing resumes,scheduling interviews and following up with candidates etc.), payrollmanagement, training and development etc.Supportingthe Employee Engagement Officer to compile and manage employee documentationand records and keep the employee database up to date.Assistingwith formulating policies, procedures, and changes, as well as communicatingall updates to employees.Maintainingthe departmental email account, responding to employee questions and complaintsin a timely and professional manner.Assistingwith the daily operations of various Employee Experience functions and dutiesincluding tracking employee attendance, leaves etc.Processingdocumentation and preparing reports relating to personnel activities (employeeengagement, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)Coordinatingcommunication with employees and internal stakeholders.RequirementsMinimum of a degree in a social science/numerical disciplineAt least 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources Management
