DemonstrateCSCS  digital centre services to existing/potentialcustomers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.Establish,develop and maintain business relationships with existing customers andprospective customers in the assigned market segment to generate new business.Effective projectexecution/management of exiting project with clientsInterface withexisting and prospective customer via telephoneResearch sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determinetheir potential.Develop clearand effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospectivecustomers.Expedite theresolution of customer problems and complaints.Coordinate saleseffort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technicalservice initiatives.Analyse themarket's potential and determines the value of existing and prospectivecustomer's value to the organization.Create and managea customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share andvalue opportunities.Identify advantages and compare organization'sservices with competitorsPlan and organize personal sales strategy bymaximising the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.Generate reports on customer needs, problems,interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.Keep abreast of product applications, technicalservices, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising andpromotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consultingwith marketing and technical service areas.Participate in trade shows and conventions to show case CSCS services agencies on emergencyand security endeavours. RequirementsMinimum of a bachelor's degree in any discipline froma reputable institution.3 - 5 years of post -graduation experience in B2B Sales,with at least two (2) years' experience selling to large corporate and governmentinstitutionsExcellentcommunication, planning, time management, leadership, budgeting and employee developmentskills
