Job Title: Packaging Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Packaging Officer to support our client POS machine distribution operations. The ideal candidate will ensure all POS terminals and related accessories are properly packaged, labeled, and documented before dispatch to clients and partner locations.

Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee packaging of POS machines, accessories, and consumables in line with company standards.


• Ensure all outgoing hardware is accurately labeled with correct serial numbers and client details.


• Verify and cross-check inventory against dispatch lists before packaging.


• Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of packaged items.


• Maintain proper records of all packaged and dispatched equipment.


• Inspect packaging materials to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.


• Report any discrepancies or damaged items to the supervisor for resolution.


• Support audits and reconciliation of packaged items with inventory records.

Requirements:


• HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.


• Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in packaging, logistics, or inventory management (preferably in a financial or fintech organization).


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory systems.
