As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging and visually compelling content that captures the essence of D'Xplorer. You will play a key role in growing our online presence, strengthening customer engagement, and driving brand awareness through photos, videos, and written content across social media, the website, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative content strategies aligned with marketing goals and seasonal promotions.
  • Create high-quality photo and video content showcasing cakes, pastries, catering setups, behind-the-scenes footage, and customer testimonials.
  • Write engaging captions, blog posts, and product descriptions that reflect the brand's tone and voice.
  • Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms) with regular and relevant updates.
  • Collaborate with the production team to capture key moments and product launches.
  • Monitor content performance and suggest ways to improve reach and engagement.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends and apply relevant techniques to boost visibility.
  • Assist with basic graphic design (flyers, social media banners) when needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role is a key requirement.
  • Proximity to the following locations is a must- Berger, Akute, Opic, Ogba, Ketu, Magodo, Isheri, Otedola.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, or written content.
  • Excellent visual storytelling skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Lightroom).
  • Solid understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies.
  • Knowledge on converting views to sales.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion for food, baking, and culinary aesthetics is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge in SEO and search engines.

  • A strong passion for cakes, pastries, and the baking craft.
  • Proven skills in food photography, videography, and editing.
  • Proficiency in editing software such as Canva, Lightroom, CapCut, or Adobe Suite.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and content optimization techniques.
  • A creative eye for color, texture, and presentation specific to baked goods.
  • Ability to tell engaging stories through visuals and words.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
  • Experience in the food, hospitality, or lifestyle industry is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with social media ads and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite).
