Location: Lagos (Hybrid)
Compensation: ₦130,000 monthly basic + transport allowance + phone allowance + non-cash benefits
Availability: Immediate
Reports to: Head, Strategy & Consulting
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and proactive HR Business Consultant to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple client projects—supporting organizations in transforming their people, strategy, and performance.
The ideal candidate will combine strong HR expertise with a strategic mindset and a flair for designing impactful learning and development interventions.
The role is hybrid, but candidates must be based in Lagos and willing to travel across Nigeria as client engagements require.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored HR and business advisory solutions.
- Support in designing and implementing HR frameworks such as job descriptions, KPIs, performance management systems, policies, and employee handbooks.
- Conduct HR and organizational audits, employee satisfaction surveys, and workforce assessments.
- Develop and facilitate learning and development programs, onboarding sessions, and leadership trainings.
- Contribute to business strategy projects, including organizational restructuring, process optimization, and strategic planning sessions.
- Assist clients with recruitment, selection, and onboarding of top talent across different industries.
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, employee engagement, and change management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop HR tools, reports, strategy documents, and client deliverables.
- Represent the firm professionally during client meetings, trainings, and project fieldwork.
- Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and documentation as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years' experience in HR consulting, business strategy, learning & development, or generalist HR roles.
- Strong understanding of HR processes including recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Proven ability to design and facilitate training programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a strategic outlook.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements and field assignments.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and implementation of HR Policies
- Proven experience in Employee Relations and handling employee-focused initiatives
- Skills in Management Consulting and the ability to advise on business strategies
- Experience in designing and delivering Training and development programs
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Additional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are advantageous
