Job Title: Facilitator (Consulting Pool)

Location: Remote/Hybrid (As Required)

Engagement Type: Contract / On-Call Basis

Experience Level: Minimum of 4 Years Professional Experience

Industry: Multi-sector (Consulting, HR, Finance, Marketing, Tech, Manufacturing, etc.)

Job Summary:

We are building a pool of professional Facilitators from diverse industries to support our corporate training and development programs. The ideal facilitators will bring strong subject-matter expertise, practical industry experience, and excellent presentation skills to deliver engaging and impactful learning sessions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars across relevant industry topics.
  • Develop and update training materials, case studies, and learning content tailored to client needs.
  • Engage participants through interactive and practical learning approaches.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to evaluate training needs and outcomes.
  • Provide post-training reports, assessments, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Represent the company professionally during client engagements and learning sessions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years professional experience in a relevant industry or field of expertise.
  • Proven experience as a facilitator, trainer, or subject matter expert.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and connect theory with real-life applications.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and virtual training tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Miro).
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline (advanced certifications are an advantage).
