Role Summary

The Facility Manager will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, supervising

cleaning operations, managing facility-related processes, and representing the company during client engagements. The ideal candidate must be hardworking, fluent in English, and capable of learning quickly while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations to ensure all areas are clean, functional, and well-maintained.
  • Supervise cleaning staff and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Represent the company professionally in client interactions, site visits, and operational meetings.
  • Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and service providers to resolve maintenance issues.
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and facility equipment.
  • Prepare reports, updates, and documentation related to facility operations.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental management guidelines and best practices.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and hands-on support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to take on additional tasks as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite/applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
  • Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Hardworking, diligent, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
  • Background in environmental management or related fields is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in facility management is an added advantage.
  • Experience working in a cleaning company is a plus.
  • Must be able to professionally represent the company at all times.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and a fast learner with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
  • Professional, presentable, and dependable.
