About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior React Developer to join our engineering team. Someone who enjoys turning complex ideas into clean, scalable interfaces and doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves to mentor others or shape the direction of our frontend architecture.

What You will Do

● Build high-quality, reusable React components using TypeScript and modern frontend tooling

● Lead the design and architecture of complex features

● Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to bring UI concepts to life

● Optimize performance for speed, smoothness, and cross-browser compatibility

● Manage and maintain state with tools like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil

● Drive code quality through testing, reviews, and best practices

● Support and mentor junior and mid-level developers

● Suggest improvements that enhance our codebase and engineering workflow

What You will Bring

● 5+ years building production-level web applications

● 3+ years hands-on React experience (Hooks, Context API, functional components)

● Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript

● Solid experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Zustand, etc.)

● Clear understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and integration practices

● Comfortable with Webpack, Vite, Rollup, and similar build tools

● Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, RTL, Cypress, or Playwright

● Good knowledge of responsive design, UI/UX fundamentals, and accessibility standards

● Ability to thrive in a collaborative, agile engineering environment

Bonus Points

● Experience with or other SSR/SSG frameworks

● Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture

● Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows

● Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

● Strong portfolio or open-source contributions
