About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to lead the operations of our Drivers' Training Institute. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage staff performance, and drive business growth through strategic planning, partnerships, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the institute's team of instructors and administrative staff.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the training business.

  • Promote programs through outreach, proposals, and presentations to corporate and government clients.

  • Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and revenue growth initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.

  • Prepare performance and financial reports for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's is an advantage).

  • 6–8 years' experience in automotive, transportation, or driver training, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record in business development, operations, and sales management.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.

  • Knowledge of driving regulations and safety standards.

  • Proficiency with management and reporting tools.
