Note: This is a senior, enterprise-level Head of Sales role with full commercial ownership. Candidates without 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales leadership experience, proven revenue scale responsibility, and exposure to complex technology solutions will not be considered.
Key Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales or commercial leadership
- Proven track record scaling revenue and leading sales transformation initiatives
- Experience owning or directly influencing multi-million-dollar revenue targets
- Strong background in enterprise technology sales (ICT, infrastructure, cybersecurity, managed services, cloud)
- Demonstrated experience with OEM and channel ecosystems (e.g. Cisco, Dell, Fortinet, Microsoft)
- Ability to build, lead, and performance-manage senior sales teams
- Strong commercial judgment: pricing, deal structuring, margin control
- Comfortable operating at executive and board level
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Role Overview
Manifold Computers Ltd (MCL) is seeking a
results-driven Head of Sales
to lead the company's commercial turnaround and next phase of growth. This executive role carries
end-to-end ownership of sales strategy, pipeline execution, customer success, and OEM relationships
across four business verticals:
Communication & Connectivity, Data Centre Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services
. The Head of Sales reports directly to the
Executive Director (ED)
and works closely with the
COO, MD, CTO, and Finance
to align commercial execution with operational readiness and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute MCL's commercial growth strategy across all verticals
- Own the full sales lifecycle: demand generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and close
- Establish strong CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and performance cadence
- Diversify the client base beyond energy into BFSI, Manufacturing, Public Sector, and Telecom
- Lead executive-level OEM partnerships and co-selling motions
- Build, coach, and hold accountable a high-performance enterprise sales team
- Drive client retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell in partnership with delivery teams
- Represent Sales at executive and board-level forums with data-driven reporting
