Job Overview

Bradfield Consulting Limited is recruiting on behalf of a reputable client for a highly experienced Head of Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the organisation's sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion. This role oversees the entire sales function, including target setting, pipeline management, team leadership, and strategic planning to ensure consistent revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies focused on revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team that is equipped to effectively sell the company's range of services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and competitive activities to guide strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment in client service delivery and product development.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue generation through innovative sales techniques, account management, and consistent follow-through.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • MBA is an added advantage.
  • 8–10+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership, software solution sales, cloud services, or IT education.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
