Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary professional to lead our Digital Clinic

operations. The ideal candidate must have successfully managed a large-scale clinic with multiple locations and demonstrate the ability to oversee and grow a healthcare business valued

at over ₦2.5 billion. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, financial acumen, and a passion for driving innovation in digital healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all digital clinic operations across multiple

locations.

∙Drive growth, profitability, and sustainability of the business, with accountability for a

₦2.5 billion operation.

∙Develop and implement business strategies to expand services, enhance patient care, and

optimize digital health solutions.

∙Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best

practices.

∙Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.

∙Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams (clinical, operational, and technical).

∙Collaborate with external stakeholders, partners, and investors to strengthen the clinic's

market position.

∙Implement digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, patient engagement,

and service delivery.

∙Monitor performance metrics, ensuring high standards of quality, patient safety, and

client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

∙Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or

related field (Master's degree/MBA is an added advantage).

∙Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare management.

∙Proven track record of managing large clinics/hospitals across multiple locations.

∙Demonstrated ability to oversee and grow a business with significant revenue (₦2.5

billion+).

∙Strong financial management, business development, and operational planning skills.

∙Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

. Professional certifications in healthcare management or leadership (e.g., IHMN, IHFMN, or similar) are desirable.

. Familiarity with digital health platforms, telemedicine, and healthcare technology solutions
