Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Skincare Consultant located in Lekki, Lagos. As a Skincare Consultant, you will be responsible for providing personalized skincare advice, educating customers on product use, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating skincare needs, recommending products, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining expertise in skincare and grooming trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of skincare and grooming products, and the ability to educate customers on their benefits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
  • Background in cosmetology and expertise in skincare techniques
  • Customer service skills with a focus on creating positive customer experiences
  • Passion for promoting self-care and wellness tailored to the unique needs of the target audience
  • Prior experience in the wellness, beauty, or retail industry is a plus
