Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Document Controller based in Lagos. The Document Controller will be responsible for managing project documentation, maintaining accurate records, and organizing and coordinating all records and documents. In addition, the role involves ensuring smooth documentation workflows within the organization and effective communication with internal project teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Document Management, Project Documentation, and overall Documentation processes
  • Expertise in Records Management and systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility of documents
  • Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and familiarity with construction or project environments
  • Experience in using document control software is an advantage
  • A degree or relevant certification in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
