Strivo Labs is looking for a Recruitment Executive with proven experience in a consulting or professional services environment to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.

Collaborate closely with team leads and management to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across diverse roles.

Utilize modern recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, etc.) and innovative methods to identify and engage candidates.

Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate technical or culture-fit interviews.

Maintain an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.) and provide regular hiring reports.

Support employer branding initiatives and talent engagement campaigns to position Strivo as an employer of choice.

What We're Looking For

2–4 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a consulting or fast-paced service-oriented firm.

Strong understanding of recruitment strategies across technical and non-technical roles.

Proven ability to identify, engage, and close top talent across multiple departments.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple open roles simultaneously.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tools is a plus.
